OPEN POSITIONS:
• Facility Maintenance Manager (Hotel / Property) — USD 1500–2000 (Free Food)  
• Accountant — USD 600–1000 (Free Food)  
• Asst. Facility Maintenance Manager (Hotel / Property) — USD 700–1200 (Free Food)  
• Cook — USD 500–700 (Free Food)  
• Multi Skilled Technician (Residential Building) — USD 600–1200 (Free Food)  
• HR Executive — USD 1000–1500 (Free Food)  
• Asst. HR Manager — USD 1000–1750 (Free Food)  
• Digital Media Executive (Content, Design & Social Media) — USD 800–1500 (Free Food)  
• Performance Marketing Expert (SEO / Paid Ads) — Salary Negotiable  
• WordPress Expert (Design & Development) — Salary Negotiable  

WHO CAN APPLY:
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field (as per role)
- Experience in hospitality, property or service operations preferred
- Good English communication (reading & writing)
- Age: 23–35 years (up to 40 for senior roles with international experience)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Work involves hotel/property operations, maintenance, administration & support functions
- Some roles may involve remote work (digital/marketing positions)
- Duty: 9 hours (incl. 1‑hour break)
- Contract period: 3 years
