Strong international opportunity – RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FACILITY OPERATIONS in GHANA (WEST AFRICA) are hiring EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONALS for MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN roles. Online interview scheduled – shortlisting in progress.

OPEN POSITION:
• Multi Skilled Technician (Residential Building) — USD 600–1200 (Free Food)  
Qty: 5

WHO CAN APPLY:
- Minimum 5 years experience in related maintenance field
- Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, mechanical & general maintenance work
- Experience in troubleshooting building infrastructure issues
- Competent English communication (reading & writing)
- Physically fit for residential maintenance operations
- Age between 23–35 years (strictly)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Accommodation, transportation, medical & insurance provided
- Duty: 9 hours (including 1 hour break)
- Contract period: 3 years
- Other benefits as per company policy (governing law must be verified during selection process)
