SriLankan Airlines suspended all flights to and from Kuwait between July 20 and July 26, 2026, citing escalating tensions in the Middle East. This suspension has been confirmed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka and multiple news reports.

Reports claiming that the suspension has been extended until August 7, 2026, could not be independently verified at the time of writing.
