JOB OVERVIEW:
🏨 MANAGEMENT ROLES
• Property Manager (Hotel Property) — USD 1500–2000 + Free Food
‑ Full hotel & property operations
‑ MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, CCTV)
‑ Safety compliance & operational leadership
• Asst. Property Manager (Hotel/Property) — USD 700–1200 + Free Food
‑ Daily property operations support
‑ Guest relations & occupancy control
‑ Maintenance & service coordination
🔧 TECHNICAL ROLE
• Multi Skilled Technician (Residential Building) — USD 600–1200 + Free Food
‑ Electrical, plumbing & mechanical repairs
‑ Fault diagnosis & breakdown handling
‑ Building maintenance support
👥 HR ROLE
• Asst. HR Manager — USD 1000–1750 + Free Food
‑ HR operations (attendance, payroll, recruitment)
‑ Employee relations & disciplinary handling
‑ Compliance & administration support
WHO CAN APPLY:
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Good English (reading & writing)
• Relevant technical or managerial background
• Age 23–35 years strictly

• Duty: 9 hours (including 1 hour break)
