JOB OVERVIEW:
🌬 HVAC Technician — OMR 200  
(Basic 100 + Food 25 + Special 41 + Fixed OT 34)  
   ‑ HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience  

🌬 VRF Technician — OMR 220  
(Basic 110 + Food 25 + Special 48 + Fixed OT 37)  
   ‑ VRF system maintenance experience  

⚡ Electrician — OMR 180  
(Basic 90 + Food 25 + Allowance 35 + Fixed OT 39)  
   ‑ Electrical maintenance and fault‑finding experience  

🔧 Multi‑Skilled Technician — OMR 230  
(Basic 115 + Food 25 + Allowance 51 + Fixed OT 39)  
   ‑ Multi‑trade (HVAC/electrical/plumbing) maintenance experience  

WHO CAN APPLY:
• ITI/Diploma with minimum 5+ years FM industry experience  
• Building maintenance background mandatory  
• Gulf experience preferred

• Contract: 2 years
