JOB OVERVIEW:
🏢 FACILITY MANAGEMENT  
• Facility Manager (03 Nos) — Salary Negotiable  
   ‑ Manage housing compound operations  
   ‑ Tenant coordination and service team oversight  
   ‑ Ensure smooth daily operations and client satisfaction  

🍲 CATERING SUPPORT  
• Cook (South Indian) — QAR 2500 (2000 + 500 Allow) + Free Food  
   ‑ Bulk catering food preparation in 5‑star operations  
   ‑ South Indian cuisine cooking and menu execution  
   ‑ Maintain hygiene and kitchen quality standards  
   ‑ Support large‑scale catering production activities  

🔧 TECHNICAL SUPPORT  
• General Technician (06 Nos) — QAR 2400 (2000 + 400 Allow) + Free Food  
   ‑ HVAC, electrical and plumbing support  
   ‑ Minor civil, carpentry and painting repairs  
   ‑ Assist shutdown and restoration activities  

🚰 PLUMBING & CARPENTRY  
• Plumber (04 Nos) — QAR 1900–2000 + Free Food  
   ‑ Install and maintain plumbing systems  
   ‑ Repair valves, fittings and drainage systems  

• Carpenter (04 Nos) — QAR 1800–2000 + Free Food  
   ‑ Repair/install wooden structures and fittings  
   ‑ Maintain doors, windows, cabinets and furniture  

🎨 PAINTING  
• Painter (03 Nos) — QAR 1800–2000 + Free Food  
   ‑ Industrial/building painting maintenance  
   ‑ Surface preparation and finishing activities  

WHO CAN APPLY:
• Minimum 5 years GCC experience required  
• English communication required  
• Age: 22–42 years
