United Facilities Management (UFM) in Kuwait is recruiting 200 candidates for Security Guard and Cleaner positions. The recruitment includes 100 Security Guard vacancies and 100 Cleaner vacancies for candidates seeking long-term employment in the facilities management sector.

Security Guards will receive a monthly salary of KWD 130. Applicants must have a minimum height above 5'7", possess a 12th pass, Diploma, or Degree qualification, demonstrate good English reading, writing, and speaking skills, have basic computer knowledge, and hold a passport with a minimum validity of three years. Selection for this position will be conducted through a Zoom interview.

Cleaners will receive a monthly salary of KWD 105. The role involves cleaning work in gardens, parking areas, offices, banks, and shopping malls. Candidates for this position will be selected through CV screening.

The employment terms include a 12-hour duty schedule under a two-year contract. Applicants should be between 22 and 40 years of age. The employer provides free accommodation and transportation. Food is not provided, there is no leave policy, and both ECR and ECNR passport holders are eligible to apply.
