Bulgaria Shipyard Jobs 2026 | Blasters & Spray Painters | €800 Net Salary

A reputed ship repair yard and marine factory in Bulgaria is recruiting Blasters and Spray Painters for long-term employment. Blasters will handle shipyard blasting-zone preparation, heavy metal structure surface treatment and deep cleaning, while Spray Painters will work with airless pump painting operations, industrial marine coating and specialised equipment care. Both positions offer €800 net monthly earnings. Candidates must submit a practical work video and an English B1-level self-introduction video. The employment terms include 8 hours of duty per day, 6 days per week, and a long-term 3-year employment contract. The employer will cover the expenses for the post-arrival Temporary Residence Card (TRC). Free standard accommodation, medical insurance and social contributions are included. Food expenses are managed by the candidate, with self-cooking facilities available at the accommodation.
