A premium casual multicuisine restaurant chain in Mauritius is recruiting 5 Kitchen Chefs skilled in Indian and Chinese cuisines through a direct online interview process and official country work permit.

The salary is ₹70,000–₹80,000 per month, equivalent to MUR 35,000–40,000. The role includes commercial tandoor work, curry base preparation, wok cooking and dual-cuisine menu execution. Free food on duty and accommodation are provided by the company.

Candidates must be 10th Pass with a Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant cookery course, along with a minimum of 3 years of core experience as a multicuisine cook.

Selected candidates must hold the original Birth Certificate and provide a Passport Office PCC. Visa processing takes 2–3 months, and willingness to wait for this processing period is mandatory.
