Monthly salaries range from $600 to $1,100 depending on the trade. Construction Machinery Operators can earn $900–$1,100, Tile Masons and Masons $760–$950, Paver Blocks Installers $760–$900, and Mold Makers $600.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of core field experience and be 25–45 years old. The contract is renewable for 1 year, with visa processing stated as taking up to 6 months.

Work is 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with overtime allowance. Accommodation, utility bills and medical insurance are provided, while meal voucher value is finalized during the interview.
