Saudi Arabia NPCC Jobs: 100 Tower Fitter Vacancies | Grade 1 & Grade 2
NPCC (National Petroleum Construction Company) is recruiting 100 Tower Fitters in Saudi Arabia for an Overhead Transmission Line project. There are 50 Grade 1 and 50 Grade 2 positions, with a direct Zoom online interview scheduled for 29 August 2026 and a direct company visa. Grade 1 offers a total salary of SAR 1,825: SAR 1,450 basic + SAR 275 food + SAR 100 fitter allowance, plus overtime. Grade 2 offers SAR 1,600: SAR 1,225 basic + SAR 275 food + SAR 100 fitter allowance, plus overtime. Grade 1 work includes high-altitude heavy steel tower erection, structural assembly and alignment. Grade 2 covers base structure positioning, steel framing joint fastening and onsite mechanical support. Candidates must have 3–5 years of core OHTL experience, with Gulf return experience highly preferred.
