‑ Maintain water/air cooled chiller systems
‑ Handle AHU/FCU operations
‑ Troubleshoot Daikin, Trane, Carrier, York systems
🔧 Multi Skilled Technician — OMR 230
‑ HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
‑ Basic electrical/plumbing work
‑ Support FM repair and servicing tasks
⚡ Electrician — OMR 180
‑ Single/three‑phase maintenance work
‑ Maintain DBs, breakers, lighting systems
‑ LV installation and fault finding
📡 Electronics Technician — OMR 200–220
‑ Maintain CCTV and fire alarm systems
‑ Handle automation panels/control boards
‑ Support AV/LED screen maintenance
🌬 HVAC Technician — OMR 200
‑ Maintain DX, split AC, package units
‑ Handle BMS/control panel operations
‑ Compressor/refrigerant troubleshooting
