NMDC Group is hiring experienced supervisory and senior technical professionals for a precast manufacturing project in the UAE. Final client interview scheduled on **09‑05‑2026** at Anuptech Trade Test, C‑38, Krishna Industrial Estate, Gorwa, Baroda (Gujarat).

JOB OVERVIEW:

🏗 SUPERVISORY ROLES  

• Steel Supervisor (5 Nos) — Steel yard, BBS preparation, certification preferred  

• Production Supervisor (5 Nos) — Precast production, workflow coordination, quality monitoring  

• MEP Supervisor (5 Nos) — MEP project supervision, system coordination, site maintenance  

• Maintenance Supervisor (5 Nos) — Heavy equipment, hydraulics, crane maintenance  

• Lifting Supervisor (45 Nos) — Precast lifting, loading/unloading, material shifting  

• Finishing Supervisor (5 Nos) — Painting, tiling, carpentry, gypsum finishing  

• Erection Supervisor (5 Nos) — Precast erection, site assembly, structural alignment  

• Batching Plant Supervisor (10 Nos) — Concrete batching, production control, plant monitoring  

• Site Supervisor (5 Nos) — Construction supervision, site coordination, progress tracking  

📦 SUPERINTENDENT ROLES  

• Yard Superintendent (5 Nos) — Precast yard operations, material handling, storage management  

• Stockyard Superintendent (5 Nos) — Stockyard management, inventory tracking, material movement  

• Production Superintendent (5 Nos) — Precast production leadership, workforce coordination, planning  

• Logistics Supervisor / Superintendent — Logistics operations, transport coordination, delivery scheduling  

WHO CAN APPLY:

• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience (India or Gulf)  

• Age up to 45 years  

• Supervisory / precast / construction background required  

• Must carry CV, certificates, passport & photo
