UAE Steel Fabricator & 3G Welder Jobs: 30 Vacancies | UAE Recruitment

A heavy steel structure and mechanical fabrication project in the UAE is recruiting 15 Steel Fabricators and 15 MIG/ARC Welders with 3G Grade certification. The process includes a direct online interview and a 2-year renewable contract.

Fabricators will receive AED 1,300–1,600 plus overtime allowance. The work involves technical blueprint reading, structural steel layout preparation, assembly and metal fabrication.

3G MIG/ARC Welders will receive AED 1,200–1,400 plus overtime allowance. Duties include structural metal jointing, 3G position welding, multi-pass fillet welding and safety compliance.

Candidates must have an ITI Diploma or relevant trade technical certificate, along with 2–3 years of core Fabricator or Welder experience. Gulf return experience is highly preferred.

Duty is 9 hours daily, including a fixed 1-hour break, with earned overtime as per UAE Labor Law. Free accommodation, onsite transportation and full medical insurance are provided, along with the stated employment welfare and legal protections under UAE Labor Law.
