Bahrain Oil & Gas Jobs 2026 | Piping, Welding & Rigging Vacancies | BHD 150–450

A reputed industrial engineering company in Bahrain is recruiting skilled professionals for a heavy industrial long-term project. The vacancies cover piping supervision, piping fabrication, welding, metal trades and rigging, with a total of 60 positions across six job categories. Free accommodation is provided.

The recruitment includes 5 Piping Supervisors with a salary of BHD 400–450 and 5 Piping Foremen with BHD 300–350. Both positions require an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical and 10–15 years of experience. There are also 15 TIG-ARC Welder vacancies offering BHD 200–280 for ITI-qualified candidates with 5+ years of experience.

The company is also hiring 12 Metal Tradesmen at BHD 170 with 3–5 years of experience, 15 Pipe Fabricators at BHD 150–180 with 5+ years of experience, and 8 Riggers at BHD 150–160 with 5 years of experience. ITI qualification is specified for the Metal Tradesman, Pipe Fabricator and Rigger positions.

Candidates must have technical experience in Oil & Gas refinery and industrial shutdown projects. Previous experience in Bahrain or the Gulf region is highly preferred.

For welders, the requirement includes qualification in GTAW and SMAW, along with experience working with carbon steel and alloy materials. Fabricators and supervisors should have strong experience reading isometric drawings and P&IDs. Riggers should have solid knowledge of lifting tools, rigging hardware and load calculations.
